FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

1. Monthly School Fundraiser Night -- Choose one specific night monthly where a portion of the proceeds will go to the school. You may choose a dollar amount, a percentage, or both. There will be a 3 or 4 hour window for attendance and availability of nights is limited. The rate charged will be based on the amount the school wishes to retain.


2. One Time or Periodic School Fundraiser Nights -- Choose your night and we can work out a fundraising plan. Some options are ticket sales by students where school keeps a portion of the proceeds, or the school can rent out the facility and keep all proceeds from that night.


3. Student, parent or teacher sales of tickets. These tickets (admission coupons) can be used for a selected number of admissions. The school gets a portion of each card sold. The cards are valid during any open play time.

Any of the above items can be done by the school, PTO, PTA, or individual class or organization within the school. The organization must be non-profit and have a tax id#.

In addition to the fundraising, a class or teacher may be awarded a prize based on the level of participation. (Example: School has 800 students, average class size is 20 students. Any class with 50% participation receives a prize. Teacher could receive a prize instead of class also.) Or, 160 students (20% of enrollment) attendance on fundraising night, school receives additional monies per attendee. The school may also request a specific entry fee if they wish additional funds to be raised.
