- Do you offer a food package or is everything a la carte?
You may choose any of our package add ons which can include just ice creams and beverages, all the way up to the "WORKS".
- What food am I allowed to bring in?
You may provide the cake or other dessert item. We can take care of everything else. If you purchase a food package, you may bring in 1-2 dry snacks or we can supply those as well. No additional food may be brought in. If it is, a cleaning fee of $25 will be charged. Please be aware that we have VERY limited freezer and refrigerator space, so plan accordingly. Food (none) and beverages (other than water or those in a sealed or non-spill container) are not allowed in the FUN room.
- May I purchase each food item separately?
Yes you may, or we have put together some packages as well.
- What beverages are offered?
We offer juice pouches (non-staining), 100% juice boxes and water for the kids. We serve fruit juice, lemonade, punch, and other caffeine free beverages. No caffeinated beverages are served to children's parties without parental permission and request. They are available however for individual sale to parents and adults. We can provide various bottled beverages for the adults in individual or 2 liter selections.
- What about food allergies?
All food allergy knowledge is in your hands. We do not presume to know what any child in your party may or may not be allergic to. Please make sure you are aware if you have any guests with allergies and take appropriate measures.
- Do I have to bring the cake?
While most families make or bring their own cake, we can also provide you with a list of persons who bake custom cakes, or if you order it locally, we can pick it up for a small charge. If we order the cake for you, we use Sams Club and charge a service fee on top of the actual cake cost.
- Where do you get your pizza?
Our preferred provider is Papa Johns based on a taste, quality and service test we conducted with a number of local families. Should you want another provider, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange it. If there is an additional charge, we will inform you prior to ordering so you may make the final decision.
- May we get something besides pizza?
We are happy to work with you to provide whatever items you would prefer. We would charge accordingly and notify you of the amount prior to ordering.

- May we decorate the PARTY room?
You are welcome to purchase from us or bring in your own table decorations and/or balloons. We also sell party supplies, themed centerpieces and individual or dozens of balloons. Nothing may be placed on the walls however, we have metal sliding doors between our party rooms and you are welcome to tape or clip items to it. Our ceilings are 12 feet tall, so balloons should be weighted down if provided, or may float freely (we are not responsible for popping).
- Are pinatas allowed?
So long as they have a "pull string" and are not filled with confetti, yes! We offer pinatas for sale here as well. We can provide the pinata candy and toys by the bag or we can put together a selection for you.
- Are confetti or silly string allowed?
No. No items which cause additional clean up are allowed in the PARTY room. If confetti or silly string are used, there will be a minimum $50 cleaning fee charged to your party.
- May I bring my own paper products for my party?
Yes you may. We set them up when provided. Remember, we provide coordinating plates, forks or spoons, and napkins free of charge, however, they are plain colors. You may also purchase our theming package which would provide themed paper products for the party, or you may purchase individual items from our party supply section. We provide table coverings for the gift and cake tables, and a banner in the party room to match your theme. In general, no one is allowed in the party room prior to their assigned time as our parties are tightly scheduled. If you need access prior to your eating time, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. Adults are allowed in the party room as soon as it is clean and ready if desired. This is normally shortly after your group is escorted into the FUN room, but is not guaranteed unless requested in advance.
- If I bring balloons will you inflate them?
We will be happy to inflate your balloons for 75 cents each or we will provide fully inflated balloons for $0.99 each, $9.99 per dozen.
- What about themed parties? The birthday child wants a popular TV/movie theme. May I bring my own plates?
Certainly. However, we have most themes in stock in our party supply section. We can also give you a quote on many additional themes if given enough notice to obtain them.
- We charge only for what your party uses, we can usually provide the items at a lower cost than they can purchased at a discount store.
- If you want to bring your own, please give them to us at the beginning of the party and we will use them to set the tables. We do not use table cloths on the tables where people sit, unless you provide them. The tables are colorful and bright and easy to clean. Our tables are 12 feet long so 2 table cloths per table are required. Four to 6 per room depending on the number of guests.
- If you bring plates, 2 per person is requested – one for “food” and one for dessert. Cups are not necessary as all beverage items are pre-packaged (i.e., juice boxes or plastic bottles).
- The advantage to having us provide everything is we only charge for what you use, not what we buy. If you have 22 children, but would need to buy 2 packs of 20 (40 sets) to get the 22 you need, what do you do with the other 18? We buy paper products and decorations in case lots and therefor can usually get a better price. We pass that savings on to you. It more often than not works out to be less than you'd pay in the store, and you didn't have to do the work!
- You may request character packages at the time of your party reservation. They will not be charged to you until we have your approval of the pricing.

- Do you provide someone to run our party, set up everything, serve the food, etc. and keep it organized or do we have to do the work?
We not only "help" you, we do it for you. You get to RELAX AND ENJOY. We provide you with a Party Host or Hostess whom will help you through the entire process. They will meet you when you arrive, and make sure your guests have submitted their waiver and know the safety instructions. They will set up your PARTY room, decorate, set out the cake and presents, serve the food, and keep your party on time. If your party runs over because of them, it's on us! They will even package up the opened gifts and take them to your car!
- May I share a party with a friend?
Yes, you may. There is an additional charge for this based on the type of party and relationship of children. A twin or sibling may be added for free (gifts and information are not kept separate, a second set of "goodies" is available at an additional charge). A cousin or other family member may be added for $20.00 (gifts and information are kept separate as best as we are able, a second set of "goodies" is available for the second child). A non-family member may be added for $40.00 (gifts and information are kept separate as best as we are able, a second set of "goodies" is available for the second child). Two sets of invitations and thank you cards and inserts are given as well as two attendance rosters and balloons if appropriate.
- May I have a party with a longer FUN room time?
Parties are scheduled very tightly in the FUN rooms. If you wish to have a longer FUN room time, please speak with your reservation assistant. Time cannot normally be extended on the day of the party, however, when made in advance we can normally accommodate that request. However, you may exchange FUN room time for PARTY room time as late as your party time, space permitting, if you feel your party will need more time to eat and open presents.
- Do we have to share the inflatables in the FUN room with anyone else?
No. Our Junior (8 person) and larger parties have their own PRIVATE fun room containing the inflatables for their use. We do not allow other guests to enter your room. You and your guests will be the only ones using your Fun Room during the time you have reserved. Only after you move completely into the Party Room will we allow another party to use the Fun Room.
- How early should I arrive for my party?
You do not need to arrive early, but you may arrive 5-10 minutes early if you wish to greet your guests as they arrive. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early as we will most likely be attending to the needs of another party.
- Do my guests need to arrive early?
No. The time we set is the time they need to arrive. Please feel free to remind them that they do not need to arrive early, but should arrive on time. There is a pre-set timeframe before you enter the FUN room which allows time for all guests to arrive, sign in, and hear safety instructions. This time is included in your party length.
- What should I bring to the party?
The cake, the kid(s) and the candles (or you can purchase these from us). Don't forget the socks! It is suggested that the party host bring extras for guests who forget their socks. They are also available for purchase for $1.37 including tax per pair at our front desk. If you forget something, ask our friendly staff for assistance. We have many items such as cameras and candles available for purchase.
- Do you offer personalized items for parties?
Yes. We have many items to choose from and have an arrangement with a printer for individual or group items. Items can be quoted as desired.
- If I have to cancel a party, do I get my deposit back?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: A minimum $100 deposit must be paid to reserve a party. That deposit is non refundable once paid. Of the deposit, $25 is used as a change fee if the party is changed less than 14 days before the party date,
- The deposit transfers to the rescheduled date and may be used any time within thirteen months, however a date more than 30 days in the future may require payment in full of base party.
- If changes are made to the time or date less than 5 days before the party date, you may be responsible for the entire balance. The deposit may not be transferred to a new party, unless there are extreme circumstances.
- What about weather emergencies? What is your cancellation policy?
- In the event of a weather emergency or other threat, The FPZ will follow whatever advisories are in effect for Spring Hill and Williamson County. In such cases, if a party cannot be safely held because a state of emergency exists, it may be rescheduled at no additional charge. If we are able to open, you may still reschedule however, we reserve the right to charge a minimum $25 change fee up to a maximum of the total party price, depending on the circumstances surrounding the reschedule.
- We do not necessarily close for weather. Safety decisions are made on a party by party basis and may be at the discretion of the owner and host. Please call to verify we are open.

- May I bring games for the children to play?
We recommend against this as space and time are limited, however, they are permitted.

- Are adults allowed in the inflatables?
YES. Most of the manufacturers specify an individual weight limit of 250 pounds, plus an equipment limit. These would allow up to three adults at a time in some of the inflatables. Be advised that some of the openings are small so the kids don't fall out easily. This does make it difficult for some larger adults to enter. If adults are in the inflatable at the same time as children, they may not interfere with or endanger the play of smaller guests. If you are in there with children, you are required to pay attention to them and bounce more lightly if necessary. You may place your child on your lap while sliding, but please make sure their arms and legs are free from entanglement under yours to ensure their safety.
- I turn 40 (or 25 or 30 or whatever) this year. May I have MY birthday party at the FUN and PARTY Zone?
Yes. We encourage parties for adults. Let your hair down and have FUN bouncing and sliding! It can be good exercise too! Just remember to wear comfortable clothing and socks!
- Do I have to pay for adult guests at my child's birthday party?
No. Parents and other invited adults play for free at all of our private children's parties. You would only need to pay for food and beverage if it is desired. We still provide any paper products needed for the extra adults.
- May I serve alchohol to the adult guests?
No. Alchohol is not allowed in The FPZ.
- Do adults have to wear socks?
Yes. If adults are in the inflatables, socks must be worn (stockings work too.)
- Is smoking allowed anywhere in your facility?
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, neither are any other tobacco products. For the health of all children, please leave any tobacco products in your vehicle or at home. We ask that no one smoke near any of our entrances or party rooms for the health of the children. Thank you for understanding.
