All of our parties are FULL service. We do the work and you get to play and enjoy. We have various rooms to meet your PARTY needs. Currently we have two FUN rooms which contain inflatables that are engaging, challenging and can be wholly interactive. Kids (and adults) of all ages love to play on inflatables in the indoor FUN rooms, and they keep on enjoying the activities visit after visit, PARTY after PARTY. Our inflatables are excellent for your private PARTY, children's PARTY, birthday PARTY, corporate team building PARTY, mom's club meeting (or PARTY) or other special event. Kids of all ages love to bounce, slide and climb. Our FUN indoor inflatables include inflatables which can be customized to your PARTY theme (limited themes available at an extra charge), inflatable mini slide, inflatable GIANT slide, multiple bouncers, inflatable obstacle course called a "5 in 1" (jump, climb, slide, hoop, tunnel and obstacles) which can be customized to your PARTY theme (limited themes available at an extra charge), and many other designs of FUN interactive inflatables.   1. What should my guests wear?
    We suggest a light weight long sleeve shirt and light weight long pants. This will help with the climbing and sliding and will protect knees and elbows from the vinyl material. Socks must be worn at ALL times while in the inflatables. This is for your safety and is strictly enforced.
  2. How many guests are included?
    The number of guests included varies by party, but for ALL of our parties, the host child and their siblings and parents are free (some limits apply). For Standard and Deluxe parties, the limit is 25 (plus host child/family). For Mini parties the limit is 15 (plus host child/family), for Value the limit is 10 (plus host child/family). We also offer a Great 8 and the limit on that is 8 guests (plus host child/family).
  3. What about parents?
    Parents are FREE! (when accompanied by a child). Some limitations may apply.
  4. Do my brothers and sisters count? My baby sister/brother wants to come to my party. Do I have to pay for her/him?
    No, we allow siblings of party hosts to attend FREE of charge up to a pre-determined limit. Siblings of your guests are also free, IF they are UNDER 2 years of age, the host child is 4 or more, their parent remains at the party and they are listed on a signed waiver.
  5. How much is it for extra guests?
    The charge for additional guests also varies by party. For Standard and Mini parties additional guests are $8 each. For Deluxe and Mini-Deluxe parties, the additional guest fee is $12. For the Value party, the fee is $15. For Great 8 parties the fee is $12, Great 8 Deluxe is $15.
  6. When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza, ice cream, balloons or goody bags?
    Please call us one to two days before your party. At that time, we expect you to have a final headcount. We must place your pizza order the night before your event.
  7. What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, ice cream, balloons, and goody bag order?
    Your pizza order is placed the night before your party to allow our partner time to make any staffing changes necessary to accommodate your order. We can therefore not guarantee any increases and do not allow decreases. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate changes in the guest count. Your ice cream, balloon, and goody bag order may be changed at the time of the party, subject to availability at the time of your arrival.
  8. Do different types of parties have different age limitations or minimums?
    In general our parties have minimums and you are charged for that amount as a starting point. For school age children's parties, children under age 2 and anyone over 18 years of age (allowed by the host) may attend and play free with the party and are not considered part of the party charge. Parties for PDO and pre-school, each child capable of walking, and under 16 is counted as a guest. The exception to the "age" rule will be teen and adult parties. Teen parties have an upper age limit of 20 to be counted as guests. Parties for adults are charged per person, with no age limitations. However, if you go over your limit, we charge whichever is least expensive to you, the rate per person, or the next largest party size.
  9. How many guests can comfortably fit in your rooms?
    Our FUN rooms are set up to accommodate many children and their parents. You are assigned to a FUN room based on your PARTY size, the host child's age, and any special requirements, or you may choose whichever room you'd like. For the eating / gift portion, even our smallest PARTY room can comfortably seat 40 guests (in a child and adult combination) and our largest room can seat over 100 children. Our limitation by room is strictly a safety enforcement. We impose no arbitrary upper limits on the number of persons you may invite. If your PARTY is large enough, you would have the entire facility.
  10. May I tip the party host?
    Our hosts are paid an above-minimum wage and understand that tipping is not to be expected. However, if you feel that the host/ess has gone above and beyond, a tip is certainly appreciated and should be given directly to the host/ess. Tips may not be placed on your payment to the FPZ.

  1. Do you offer a food package or is everything a la carte?
    You may choose the deluxe package which includes pizza, beverage, and an ice cream cup, plus extra goodies for the host child like balloons, a FREE t-shirt or FREE return bounce coupons,and a FREE goody bag! If you choose to purchase individual items, the pizza and beverage is $3.50 per person and the ice cream is $0.50 each.
  2. What food am I allowed to bring in?
    You may provide cake, ice cream in cups, juice boxes or pouches or canned or plastic bottled individual serving beverages. No additional food may be brought in. If it is, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. Please be aware that we have VERY limited freezer and refrigerator space, so plan accordingly. Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed in the FUN room.
  3. May I purchase each food item separately?
    Yes you may, but unless you are bringing a small number of children, it is much more cost effective to purchase the package. However, if you do not wish to have pizza, we can provide just the ice cream and drink on a per person or per item basis.
  4. What beverages are offered?
    We offer juice boxes or pouches, or we can provide various canned or bottled beverages. We serve fruit juice, lemonade, punch, and other caffeine free beverages. No caffeinated beverages are served to parties without parental permission and request. They are available however for individual sale to parents and adults.
  5. What about food allergies?
    All food allergy knowledge is in your hands. We do not presume to know what any child in your party may or may not be allergic to. Please make sure you are aware if you have any guests with allergies and take appropriate measures.
  6. Do I have to bring the cake?
    While most families make or bring their own cake, we can also provide you with a list of persons who bake custom cakes, or if you order it locally, we can pick it up for a small charge.
  7. Where do you get your pizza?
    Our preferred provider is Papa Johns based on a taste, quality and service test we conducted with a number of local families. Should you want another provider, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange it. If there is an additional charge, we will inform you prior to ordering so you may make the final decision.
  8. Can we get something besides pizza?
    We are happy to work with you to provide whatever items you would prefer. We would charge accordingly and notify you of the amount prior to ordering.

  1. May we decorate the PARTY room?
    We encourage you to place table decorations and/or balloons. We sell individual or dozens of balloons or you may bring your own. Nothing may be placed on the walls however. Our ceilings are 20 feet tall, so balloons should be weighted down if provided.
  2. Are pinatas allowed?
    So long as they have a "pull string" and are not filled with confetti, yes! We will be offering pinata service shortly as well. We will provide the pinata and candy and toys for a fee.
  3. Are confetti or silly string allowed?
    No. No items which cause additional clean up are allowed in the PARTY room. If used, there will be a minimum $50 cleaning fee charged to your party.
  4. May I bring my own paper products and set them up before my party?
    Yes you may. We will set them up if provided. Remember, we provide plates, forks or spoons, and napkins free of charge, however, they are generic. You may also purchase our theming package which would provide themed paper products for the party. We provide a coordinating table covering and a banner in the party room to match your theme. No one is allowed in the party room prior to their assigned time. Adults are allowed in the party room as soon as it is clean and ready. This is normally shortly after your group is escorted into the FUN room.
  5. If I bring balloons will you inflate them?
    We will be happy to inflate your balloons for 50 cents each or we will provide fully inflated FPZ balloons for $1 each, $10 per dozen.
  6. What about themed parties? The birthday child wants a popular TV/movie theme. May I bring my own plates?
    Certainly. As a service to our customers, we keep many themes in stock. Please let us know and we will obtain an individual quote.
    • We charge only for what your party uses, we can usually provide the items at a lower cost than they can purchased at a discount store.
    • If you want to bring your own, please give them to us at the beginning of the party and we will use them to set the tables. We do not use table cloths unless you provide them. The tables are colorful and bright and easy to clean. Our tables are 12 feet long so 2 table cloths per table are required. Four to 6 per room depending on the number of guests.
    • If you bring plates, 2 per person is requested – one for “food” and one for dessert. Cups are not necessary as we request that all items be pre-packaged (i.e., juice boxes, cans or plastic bottles).
    • The advantage to having us provide everything is we only charge for what you use, not what we buy. If you have 22 children, but would need to buy 2 packs of 20 (40 sets) to get the 22 you need, what do you do with the other 18? We buy paper products and decorations in case lots and therefor can usually get a better price. We pass that savings on to you. It more often than not works out to the same or less you'd pay in the store, and you didn't have to do the work!
    • You may request character packages at the time of your party reservation. They will not be charged to you until we have your approval of the pricing.

  1. Do you provide someone to run our party, set up everything, serve the food, etc. and keep it organized or do we have to do the work?
    We not only "help" you, we do it for you. You get to RELAX AND ENJOY. We provide you with a Party Host or Hostess whom will help you through the entire process. They will meet you when you arrive, and make sure your guests have submitted their waiver and know the safety instructions. They will set up your PARTY room, decorate, set out the cake and presents, serve the food, and keep your party on time. If your party runs over because of them, it's on us! They will even package up the opened gifts and take them to your car!
  2. May I share a party with a friend?
    Yes, you may. There is an additional charge for this based on the type of party and relationship of children. A twin or sibling may be added for free (gifts and information are not kept separate, a second set of "goodies" is available at an additional charge). A cousin or other family member may be added for $20.00 (gifts and information are kept separate as best as we are able, a second set of "goodies" is available at an additional charge). A non-family member may be added for $40.00 (gifts and information are kept separate as best as we are able, a second set of "goodies" is available at an additional charge). Two sets of thank you cards and inserts are given as well as two attendance rosters and balloons if appropriate.
  3. May I have a party with a longer FUN room time?
    Parties are scheduled very tightly in the FUN rooms. If you wish to have a longer FUN room time, please speak with your reservation assistant. Time cannot normally be extended on the day of the party. Those arrangements would need to be made in advance. However, you may exchange FUN room time for PARTY room time as late as your party time, space permitting, if you feel your party will need more time to eat and open presents.
  4. Do we have to share the inflatables in the FUN room with anyone else?
    No. Our mini and larger parties have their own PRIVATE fun room containing the inflatables for their use. We do not allow other guests to enter your room. We have multiple rooms for use and each private party has their own room. You and your guests will be the only ones using your Fun Room during the time you have reserved. Only after you move completely into the Party Room will we allow another party to use the Fun Room.
  5. How early should I arrive for my party?
    You do not need to arrive early, but you may arrive 5-10 minutes early if you wish to greet your guests as they arrive. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.
  6. Do my guests need to arrive early?
    No. The time we set is the time they need to arrive. Please feel free to remind them that they do not need to arrive early, but should arrive on time. There is a pre-set timeframe before you enter the FUN room which allows time for all guests to arrive, sign in, and watch a brief safety demo. This time is included in your party length.
  7. What should I bring to the party?
    The cake, the kid(s) and the candles. Don't forget the socks! It is suggested that the party host bring extras for guests who forget their socks. They are also available for purchase for $1 per pair at our front desk. If you forget something, ask our friendly staff for assistance. We have many items such as cameras and candles available for purchase.
  8. Do you offer personalized items for parties?
    Yes. We have many items to choose from and have an arrangement with a printer for individual or group items. Items can be quoted as desired.
  9. If I have to cancel a party, do I get my deposit back?
    Our cancellation policy is as follows: A minimum $50 deposit must be paid to reserve a party. Of the deposit, $25 is non-refundable once the reservation is 3 days old or the party is less than 30 days away, whichever is less. If the party is cancelled fifteen to thirty days before the party date, the party is refundable less a $50 cancellation fee, or can be rescheduled less a $25 fee.
    • From 5 days to two weeks before the date, a party may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date with a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee. The deposit transfers to the rescheduled date and may be used any time within thirteen months.
    • Less than 5 days before the party date, you will be responsible for 50 percent of the full, non-discounted party price. Any balance paid above and beyond these amounts may be transferred to a new party.
  10. What about weather emergencies? What is your cancellation policy?
    • In the event of a weather emergency or other threat, The FPZ will follow whatever advisories are in effect for Spring Hill and Williamson County. In such cases, if a party cannot be safely held, it may be rescheduled at no additional charge, or cancelled with a full refund at the customer's discretion.
    • We do not necessarily close if schools are closed for weather. Safety decisions are made on a party by party basis and may be at the discretion of the owner and host. Please call to verify we are open.

    We recommend against this as space and time are limited.

  1. Are adults allowed in the inflatables?
    YES. Most of the manufacturers specify an individual weight limit of 250 pounds. This would allow up to three adults at a time in some of the smaller inflatables. Be advised that some of the openings are small so the kids don't fall out easily. This does make it difficult for some larger adults to enter. If adults are in the inflatable at the same time as children, they may not interfere with or endanger the play of younger guests. If you are in there with children, you are required to pay attention to them and bounce more lightly if necessary. You may place your child on your lap while sliding, but please make sure their arms and legs are free from entanglement under yours to ensure their safety.
  2. I turn 40 (or 25 or 30 or whatever) this year. May I have MY birthday party at the FUN and PARTY Zone?
    Yes. We encourage parties for adults. Let your hair down and have FUN bouncing and sliding! It can be good exercise too! Just remember to wear comfortable clothing and socks!
  3. Do I have to pay for adult guests at my child's birthday party?
    No (see Great 8 exceptions). Parents and other invited adults play for free. You would only need to pay for food and beverage if it is desired. We still provide any paper products needed for the extra adults.
  4. May I serve alchohol to the adult guests?
    No. Alchohol is not allowed in The FPZ.
  5. Do adults have to wear socks?
    Yes. If adults are in the inflatables, socks must be worn (stockings work too.)
  6. Is smoking allowed anywhere in your facility?
    No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, neither are any other tobacco products. For the health of all children, please leave any tobacco products in your vehicle or at home. We ask that no one smoke near any of our entrances or party rooms for the health of the children.
